Step 1
1 of 2Thematic Apperception Test is a type of projective test in which people view ambiguous pictures and then describe them. It was developed by Henry A. Murray and Christina D. Morgan during the 1930s. It lacks a standardized and generally used scoring system.
The Rorschach inkblot test is also a type of projective test in which people look at 10 ambiguous inkblot images and say what they see in them. Some experts have argued that the person administering the test also projects his or her unconscious on to the inkblots when interpreting responses.
