$u=2x^5-5 \implies u'=10x^4$

First we take constant $3$ out of the integral and than we can see that we have to divide integral with $10$ because we only have $x^4$ in the expression and $u'=10x^4$. In that way we can get $u$ and $u'$ in the expression and use Power Rule.
