Bones are made up of bone tissue. Bone tissue is made up of a central canal through which the arterial veins, lymph vessels, and nerves flow. Inside the bones is the bone marrow, where blood cells are produced. The nutritional supply of bone is therefore unquestionable, while cartilage is known as nonvascularized tissue. Without vascularization, cartilage has an incomparably lower chance of growth than extremely well-vascularized bone.
