Solution
VerifiedAs technology advances so must those who are already connected to the latest technological systems. The more developed countries have the means to upgrade and advance consistently. Through constant communication and coordination many developed countries can come to an agreement on how to implement the latest advances with little or no hiccup during the transition. These advancements are typically catered for the progress of more developed countires. However, in less developed countries they do not have the means nor the capcity to handle such quick technology advances. They need the assistance of the developed countries to bring them along slowly or offer provisional plans to maintain their current trade structure.
