Courageness is not a valid English term. On the other hand, while the term courageousness exists, the simpler and more commonly-used term is just courage. In fact, courageousness can even be seen as redundant because while the suffix -ness is usually used to change adjectives into nouns, the term courage already works as a noun without it.
