a. LiH2PO4\mathrm{LiH}_2 \mathrm{PO}_4
b. Cu(CN)2\mathrm{Cu}(\mathrm{CN})_2
c. Pb(NO3)2\mathrm{Pb}\left(\mathrm{NO}_3\right)_2
d. Na2HPO4\mathrm{Na}_2 \mathrm{HPO}_4

To name binary ionic compounds we use rules for naming ionic compounds.

The cation is named first and the name of the cation is the same as the name of the element. The charge of the cation is specified by a Roman numeral in parentheses(metal can form more than one type of cation). Then, the anion is named by taking the first part of the element name and adding suffix-ide or anion is named is a polyatomic ion.
