For this exercise, I decided to research a very unusual Armenian dish called Khash. It is a hot soup that contains cows' hooves. Armenians believe that Khash is a good hangover cure, and because of that, they traditionally eat it in the morning, the day after drinking alcohol. As you will see in the recipe, the production of Khash soup lasts a long time, and Armenians often use it as an excuse for partying and hanging out.
