(a) Splitting into 2 fragments:

Splitting uranium into two equal fragments will produce two nuclei with an atomic number of about 46 each.

(b) Splitting into 3 fragments:

Splitting uranium into three equal fragments will produce three nuclei with an atomic number of about 31 each.

(c) Splitting into 92 fragments:

Splitting uranium into three equal fragments will produce 92 nuclei with an atomic number of about 1 each.
