Solution
VerifiedI’m a strong believer that most reptiles attack when they feel threatened, disturbed, or cornered. The reptiles that most people are probably afraid of are snakes and crocodiles. Poisonous snakes have evolved bright coloration and rattles in order to warn predators that they are dangerous. When snakes see a human, they see a potential threat, not a meal. Crocodiles are quite menacing and can pose a serious threat to humans. However, crocodiles don’t go out of their way to hunt humans. They simply follow their natural instincts, which tell them to eat whatever food is available. In the end, we pose a much greater threat to reptiles than they do to us. Although some reptiles have the potential to be dangerous, they shouldn’t be feared. Instead, reptiles should be respected and studied. This will enable us to better understand them and avoid negative interactions with them.
