A product that presents a reduction in supply at certain times of the year is mango. This fruit is exported to the United States by Caribbean or Latin American countries. However, the harvest time of this product is in autumn (approximately from August to November) and this fruit can be kept frozen for a month.

Therefore, during these months where the fruit is imported, the supply will increase and a price will be established depending on the production costs, in this case importing it.
