1 of 2Four basic economic resources can be divided into two groups: concrete resources that contain land and capital and abstract resources that contain labor and entrepreneurship. When talking about the land we think about all those resources that we can find in nature like water, oil, salt, metal, etc. By capital we think about resources need to start the manufacturing process. Capital can be money, things (buildings, machinery, etc.) and rights (patents, copyrights, etc.). Labor is a human contribution in making the product or service:
- Physical labor that produces material things
- Mind activities like thinking, organization, leadership, etc. Resource entrepreneurship consists of a series of various skills whose combination leads to the creation of a new product or service.
