I used the criteria of the unit water usage rate to decide which showerhead to buy. Since each showerhead has an initial value of 0 gallons, then the showerhead with the smallest unit rate will use the least amount of water for any given amount of time.

The Water Miser Showerhead uses 6 gallons in 3 minutes so its unit rate is 63=2\dfrac{6}{3}=2 gallons per minute. The Watersaver Showerhead uses 5 gallons in 2 minutes so its unit rate is 52=2.5\dfrac{5}{2}=2.5 gallons per minute. The Waterstream Showerhead uses 7.5 gallons in 5 minutes so its unit rate is 7.55=1.5\dfrac{7.5}{5}=1.5 gallons per minute. Since the Waterstream Showerhead has the smallest unit rate, it will use the least amount of water for any given amount of time. I would then choose the Waterstream Showerhead.
