Joan of Arc had a massive impact on the Hundred Years’ War. Driven by the belief that it was her divine mission to restore the French king to the French throne, she led the French to many a victory, including at Orleans. Her presence inspired the troops and gave them the confidence in the rightness of their cause which eventually led to France winning the Hundred Years' War.
