Sudetenland was located in the northwestern region of Czechoslovakia. It was the territory demanded by Hitler for Germans. He intended to destroy all of Czechoslovakia and even threatened other nations if this was not granted. To pursue appeasement, representatives from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy all agreed to Hitler's demand. The Sudetenland was eventually given to Germany to be occupied by their armies.
