That is also true. Paramagnetic molecules have unpaired electrons. Since the number of electrons is odd, they can't all be paired.

III) The MO diagrams for O2_2, F2_2, Ne2_2 are not fillled using the Aufbau principle.

This is false. In the Aufbau principle, molecular orbitals are filled from lowest to higher energy. In our cases (for O2_2, F2_2, Ne2_2), molecular orbitals are also filled using that principle. This principle shows us why is molecule of oxygen paramagnetic and why Ne2_2 doesn't exist.
