The Grand Alliance was formed after the United States entered the war, and despite political differences, the Allies agreed to focus on military operations. In early 1943, Great Britain, the Soviet Union, and the United States entered into an agreement to wage war until the Axis powers-Germany, Japan and Italy surrendered without any favorable conditions. The concluded principle strongly held the countries of the Grand Alliance together, with the result that it was extremely difficult for Hitler to divide his enemies. But I think that the Allied agreement could prolong the war due to a difficultly attainable goal since the countries agreed to fight exactly until unconditional surrender, and not just a peace agreement. Therefore, it can be assumed that a long period of time and huge efforts needed to achieve capitulation from three powerful countries.
