Question

Why have same rations begun a transition to free enterprise?

Solution

Verified

Transition to free enterprise system is beneficial for multiple reasons. Moving from centrally planed economies to free enterprise system, means that the individuals on markets make the decision which means that government has no impact products and services. Leaving decisions for the markets leaves more time and resources for the government to focus on things that are important to the society as whole (security, health, education, etc.). In addition to this, free enterprise system should create more competition. More competition, creation of new technologies on free market, new goods and services, create economic growth which benefit society.
