Obsessive-compulsive disorder has to components; obsessions (thoughts) and compulsions (behaviors). A person with obsessive-compulsive disorder has obsessive thoughts like thinking that we have not turned off the iron and that our apartment will burn down all the time, and compulsive behaviors like checking if the iron is turned off multiple times even when he or she already checked and made sure that it is turned off. Compulsions are the ways of fighting the obsessive thoughts. In this example, the only answer which shows the behavioral component is E (all of the rest refer are obsessions).
