Getting your students signed up
Creating free accounts on Quizlet is quick and easy! Students can sign up for their own Quizlet accounts, which can be used for other classes or subjects they’re studying. Once your students have accounts, they can track their own progress and scores, and you can invite them to your classes and view Class Progress for students who join if you have a Quizlet Teacher subscription.
How to sign up
Your students can obtain a Quizlet account by selecting Sign Up on the Quizlet homepage, or going directly to the signup page.
If your students use Google Apps for Education or Gmail, they can sign up using their Google username and password by selecting Sign up with Google.
Students can also create an account by entering their birthday, a username, a valid email address, and a secure password. Quizlet can accommodate students of all ages, but requires all users to provide their real date of birth to comply with local laws.
Accounts for younger students
If your students are under age 13 (or older if required by local law) they will be asked for a parent's email address during sign up. Password resets and Quizlet support responses will go to this email address. You can learn more about accounts for younger students here.
