Managing your recurring Quizlet Plus subscription

If you have purchased a recurring subscription to Quizlet Plus through our iOS or Android app, you can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time through either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Quizlet does not yet offer recurring subscriptions on the website, so all upgrades purchased there will not auto-renew.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your upgraded subscription benefits until your next auto-renewal date, but your subscription will not renew and your account will be automatically downgraded at that time. 

To be sure your cancellation takes effect before your next subscription period starts, you will need to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date. Please note that uninstalling the Quizlet app does not automatically stop your subscription. You need to cancel your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly. 

Purchases made through the Apple App Store

If you purchased your subscription on an iOS device (such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch), please follow the instructions here to manage or cancel your subscription. 

Purchases made through the Google Play Store 

If you purchased your subscription on an Android device, please follow the instructions here to manage or cancel your subscription. 

Refunds

Quizlet cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Any refunds for Quizlet Plus subscriptions need to be handled by Apple or Google and are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. 

Subscriptions purchased on an iOS device are billed through iTunes, so you will need to direct questions regarding billing or refunds to the Apple support team. Any refund request will be considered at Apple's discretion, and they typically grant refunds only under limited circumstances. Subscriptions purchased on an Android device are billed through Google Play, so you will need to direct questions regarding billing or refunds to the Google Play support team.
