FAQs

How come I don't see the option to cancel my subscription's auto-renewal from my Settings page on the website?

Quizlet users who purchased subscriptions via our iOS or Android apps can only cancel auto-renewal via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you know you have an auto-renewing subscription but don't see the option to cancel from your Settings page on the Quizlet website, you'll need to follow the steps above to cancel via your iOS or Android device.

What happens to my content when my subscription expires?

Nothing! The only thing that will change about your account when your subscription expires is you'll no longer have access to our paid features. All of your sets, folders and classes will remain on your account and you'll always be able to see your uploaded images and diagrams and listen to your recorded audio.
