I need a copy of my receipt

We know it's important to have a properly-formatted receipt or invoice after making a purchase from Quizlet. To learn how to get a copy of the documentation you need for your records or reimbursement, please read on. 


Finding your email receipt in your inbox


Shortly after you purchase a subscription to Quizlet Go, Quizlet Plus or Quizlet Teacher, or a group of upgrades, you'll receive a purchase confirmation email from Quizlet. 


Individual subscription receipts

After purchasing an individual subscription to Quizlet Go, Quizlet Plus or Quizlet Teacher, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt. 

If you don't receive this email within a few minutes of paying, be sure to check your Spam or junk folder.

Group upgrade receipts

After purchasing a group of 2+ upgrades, you'll receive two emails from us. The first email will contain your receipt; the second will include your group upgrade activation link and instructions. 

Note: If a colleague pays for a group of upgrades on your behalf, these emails will be sent to them.


Requesting another copy of your original receipt

If you need another copy of your receipt, we'd be happy to provide one for you. 

Please send an email to our Support team with the following information:                                                          
  • Your name
  • Your Quizlet username
  • Your email address
  • The email address of the person who completed your purchase (if applicable) 
Your receipt will include the date of purchase, payment method, amount and automatic renewal date (if applicable).

Your purchase confirmation email can serve as your receipt. It will include your payment method, amount, date of purchase and automatic renewal date (if applicable).
