The Path Forward Return to Work program at Quizlet is a 16- week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. Path Forward: User Operations Associate

The Role

  • Provide thoughtful and accurate user support via email
  • Investigate bug reports and other possible technical issues
  • Identify user pain points and advocate for necessary improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment processing questions
  • Contribute to content moderation
  • Recognize, document and communicate trends that you observe
  • Contribute to team projects and process improvement efforts
  • Write and revise user-facing articles for the Quizlet Help Center

Required Qualifications

  • A drive to solve problems  
  • A clear sense of ownership and focus on achieving excellent results
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of mobile operating systems and web browsers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of support or other applicable work experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Desk and Zendesk
  • Professional working proficiency in a language other than English
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Content writing and/or content management experience
