The Path Forward Return to Work program at Quizlet is a 16- week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. Path Forward: Product Marketing
Quizlet’s mission is to help students (and their teachers) practice and master whatever they are learning. Every month over 30 million active learners from 130 countries practice and master more than 200 million study sets on every conceivable topic and subject. We are developing new learning experiences by modeling how students learn and by drawing upon knowledge acquisition, retention, and tracing pedagogy in cognitive science. Quizlet’s marketing team is tasked with introducing Quizlet to the next 30 million learners (and beyond!). We work closely with product, user operations, business development and other teams to ensure that everyone who should be using Quizlet has heard about it. As a team, we own product marketing and launches, community and content initiatives, user acquisition and digital marketing, and communications.

As product marketer, you’ll drive product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and user research to help bring Quizlet products to market — and ensure our students and teachers love them. As a product marketer, you’ll be able to immediately see the impact of your work, as millions of students and teachers adopt the products you launch into their studies and classrooms.
- Help bring new Quizlet products to market by owning research-driven positioning and messaging.
- Work collaboratively with product, engineering and marketing to develop a launch strategy, communicate with our users and ensure new product we launch are a success.
- Understand who Quizlet’s users are; you’ll be able to get in their shoes, understand their pain points, and use that insight to drive our marketing strategy forward.
- Build the marketing plan and help the rest of the Quizlet marketing team (user acquisition, communications, email, etc) make your plan successful.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
