In my opinion, senior citizens can contribute to society by doing any job.

There are two reasons why I think so.
私がそう考える理由は２つあります
The first reason is that if the elderly continue working, it prevents them from getting senile.
第一の理由は、高齢者が働き続けるとぼけ防止になるからです。
In Japan, one of the most serious problems is that younger people have to pay too much money for the medical bills of elderly people because of the reduced working population.
日本で最も深刻な問題の一つは、労働人口が減少しているために、若い人たちが高齢者の医療費に多額のお金を払わなければならないことです。
If people over the age of sixty-five continue to work, the number of times senior citizens go to the hospital will reduce.
65歳以上の人が働き続けると、高齢者の通院回数が減るでしょう。
For example, my grandparents ran a bicycle shop until they were 60 years old.
たとえば、祖父母は60歳になるまで自転車屋を経営していました。
After they closed the shop, their memories got bad and they got injured frequently.
彼らは店を閉じた後、記憶力が悪くなり、けがをすることが多くなりました。
The second reason is that there are many jobs that senior citizens can do.
第二の理由は、高齢者ができる仕事がたくさんあるということです。
They can contribute to society directly by doing their job.
彼らは仕事をすることで直接社会に貢献することができます。
For example, the parking place for bicycles which I use has many elderly people that work there.
例えば、私が使っている自転車の駐車場には、年配の方がたくさんいらっしゃいます。
Thanks to them, my bicycle is protected.
彼らのおかげで、私の自転車は保護されています。
In conclusion, I think that the elderly can contribute to society by continuing to have jobs
結論として、高齢者は仕事を続けることで社会に貢献できると思います
